Tom Schmittdiel
Tom is a passionate marketing strategist and branding expert who has built a solid reputation for defining brands and helping businesses excel. Through strategy, brand building, and an integrated marketing approach, Tom provides businesses with the insights, road maps, tools, and creative ideas to help grow their products and services. 

TPM Creative Marketing was established in 2012 to offer senior-level marketing expertise, concept development, business guidance, and implementation to small-to-medium sized companies. With over 30 years of marketing and advertising experience, Tom has delivered innovative and effective marketing solutions for both B2B and B2C firms. His agency industry experience includes finance, healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, professional services, not-for-profit, and technology. Tom helped launch a number of cutting-edge technology products, implemented successful marketing initiatives, and produced major events for clients such as Monsanto, Tricor Braun, Novus International, ArborGen, and Tyco Healthcare.
 

Tom began his career at W. B. Doner & Company Advertising in Southfield, Michigan, servicing accounts such as Procter & Gamble, Champion Sparkplugs, and Congoleum. Next, at DDB Needham Worldwide in Chicago, he engaged in strategic planning, advertising, and promotions for General Mills, Rubbermaid, and Wolverine World Wide, among others.
 

Tom’s professional affiliations and community involvement include: Board Member & Marketing Chair for The Loop Trolley Company and Board Member & Marketing Chair for Missouri Venture Forum.
